3. Hosting Terms
All hosting services provided by CheapCpanel must be used for legal and ethical purposes only. Customers are strictly prohibited from hosting or distributing content that violates laws, including but not limited to: spam, phishing, malware, hacking tools, adult content, and copyrighted materials without authorization.
Overuse of server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) may lead to temporary suspension or upgrade recommendations. We reserve the right to suspend any account that affects server performance or security.
4. Reseller Hosting Terms
Resellers are responsible for supporting their own clients. CheapCpanel does not provide direct support to end clients of resellers. All resellers must ensure that their clients also comply with our Terms of Services. Misuse by end users may lead to suspension of the entire reseller account.
5. VPS & Dedicated Servers
Customers are fully responsible for the content and configurations of their servers unless a managed plan is included. Abuse, DDoS, or illegal activities on any VPS or Dedicated Server may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
6. Software Licenses
All licenses offered by CheapCpanel Like Original 100% . Licenses are tied to your server's IP address and are non-transferable. Sharing or reselling licenses without authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day refund policy for new orders only. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Licenses and domain registrations are non-refundable.
8. Suspension and Termination
CheapCpanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice if a user is found violating our policies, involved in illegal activities, or causing harm to our network or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
CheapCpanel shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from service use or outages. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups.
10. Changes to Terms
